If you decide to access any of the external websites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.

9. Cancellation Policy
As a consumer, if you change your mind about a course you purchased online or at a distance, you have 14 days from entering into a service contract in which you can cancel it. This right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations applies regardless of whether the course will be taken online or in person.
However, should you complete some or all of the course during the 14 day period refunds will be pro-rata to the amount consumed. E.g. 50% of the course completed 50% refund will be offered. A sum may also be charged for any admin or materials costs and the amount of teaching time you used.
10. Effective Date and Updates
The Terms are effective as of April 30th 2022 and are subject to change without notice by KimRevell.com at any time. Please check for changes regularly. Your use of this Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
